- Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation within 11 to 30 days of check-in results in a 10% service fee on the entire booking value.
- No-Show: Non-Refundable
- Peak-Date Bookings Are Non-Refundable (Like: Festivals, Long Weekend, Christmas and New year)
- If the head count decreases, you must pay the entire sum of the booking value
Terms & Conditions
- Booking confirmation requires a 50% advance payment and the balance is payable on or before check-in.
- 100% payment is necessary for long weekends such as Christmas and New Year’s, as well as festivals.
- Anything extras taken must be paid directly at the stay before check-out
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
- Breakfast will not be served on the day of check-in
- All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved address photo identity card (INDIAN Nationality) and Valid Passport and Visa/O.C.I/P.I.O for Foreign Nationals upon arrival. In absence of the valid id’s, stay has the right to refuse booking at the time of check in and HolidayMonk will not be responsible for any inconvenience
