Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Cancellation within 11 to 30 days of check-in results in a 10% service fee on the entire booking value.

Peak-Date Bookings Are Non-Refundable (Like: Festivals, Long Weekend, Christmas and New year)
