Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – AFTERNOON HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Arrival in Hanoi

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), you will be greeted by our private driver (without guide) and transferred to your hotel.

Note: The official check-in time is 14:00. Early check in will be surcharged if requested.

13:30 – 14:00 Pickup for City Tour

Our local guide will meet you at the hotel for a fascinating Hanoi City Tour. During the tour, we will visit:

Temple of Literature: The first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century. This historic site highlights Vietnam’s educational legacy and Confucian traditions.

Hoa Lo Prison Museum (Hanoi Hilton): A museum that tells the story of the prison built by the French for political prisoners and later used by North Vietnam to house U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War.

17:00 Return to Hotel.

The tour finishes with a transfer back to your hotel, where you can relax for the evening.

Day 2: HANOI – NINH BINH – HOA LU – TRANG AN – HANOI (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:00 Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh, which is about 100 km from Hanoi.

10:15 The first destination on this trip is the Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the formal capital of Vietnam.

Come to visit Hoa Lu, and you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi. You are impressed by the outstanding architecture of the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century. Try to feel the ancient atmosphere in the Hoa Lu ancient capital.

Time for lunch. Relax in 20 minutes.

14:15 Taking a boat excursion from Trang An wharf is a must-do activity in Ninh Binh, as it is the highlight of the journey. On the Trang An Tour, while you take a 1.5-hour boat ride through grottos filled with stunning stalactites, you’ll be able to take in the breathtaking scenery.

Get in the car and return to Hanoi.

Day 3: HALONG BAY DAY TRIP (6 HOURS) (B/L) – SHARING CRUISE – PRIVATE TRANSFER

Pickup Between: 8:00 – 8:15 |Ends: 20:30 – 21:00

08:00 – 8:15 – Our driver (without guide) will pick you up from your hotel and depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City via the new highway. A short stop will be made en route for a restroom break and coffee.

12:00 – Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, receive a welcome and safety briefing before boarding your boat.

Embark on a 5–6 hour cruise along the famous 2-day sleeper boat route, passing through striking and uninhabited limestone islets such as Cock Fighting and Thumb Islets, named for their unique shapes. Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch served on board as you sail through the emerald waters.

13:45 – Arrive at Bo Hon Archipelago. Highlights include:

Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave) to admire dramatic stalactites and stalagmites.

Kayaking or bamboo boat experience in Luon Cave, exploring the serene lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs.

Titop Island: Relax on the sandy beach or climb to the summit of Titov Peak for panoramic views over Halong Bay.

16:30 – Return to the cruise to relax on the sundeck, enjoy the scenery, and share memorable moments with fellow travelers.

18:00 – Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor and travel back to Hanoi via the expressway.

20:30 – 21:00 – Reach to your hotel.

Day 4: FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH (B) –

Have breakfast at the hotel and relax.

2.5 hours before the flight time, our driver (no guide) will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (no guide).

Day 5: CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH HALF DAY CITY TOUR (B) (Independence Palace – Notre Dame Cathedral – Central Post Office – Ben Thanh Market)

08:00 Depart from your hotel for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located about 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, enjoy a short introductory talk and documentary video of the fascinating history of the tunnels—how they were built and how local people survived during wartime.

Then, begin your exploration of the underground network, which includes specially designed living quarters, kitchens, storage rooms, weapons factories, command centers, and field hospitals. Discover the hidden trapdoors and complex security systems that protected the tunnels during the war.

After your tour, sample special tea and cassava, the staple food of guerrilla fighters during the war. You’ll also have time to relax or try shooting real firearms at the shooting range (optional, at your own expense).

Lunch on your own arrangement.

14:30 – 15:00 Reach Ho Chi Minh City. Then you will take a trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only as it is under renovation) and the historic Central Post Office. Followed by shopping time in Ben Thanh Market.

17:30 Return to your hotel.

Day 6: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA MY THO (B)

Mekong Delta Full day tour |Pickup 7:45 – 8:00 |Ends: 17:00 – 18:00

07:45 – 8:00 After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave behind the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and begin your journey to My Tho, a peaceful town located on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, you will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful temple that dates back to the late 19th century. The journey continues with a boat trip along the mighty Mekong River, offering scenic views of daily life along its banks.

You will stop at Unicorn Island, one of the four iconic islands in the area, to explore its lush gardens and enjoy fresh tropical fruits while listening to traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Later, you’ll experience a peaceful sampan ride, rowed by locals through small canals lined with water coconut trees. At a local workshop, you will taste honey tea, see how coconut candy is made, and stroll through a garden where honeybees are raised.

Lunch is at your arrangement, followed by a short break.

In the afternoon, you’ll have the chance to cycle around Tan Thach village, interact with local villagers, and gain insight into their daily life in the Mekong Delta. You will then return to My Tho by motorboat and take a 1.5-hour drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
